Calibration and orientation: Programming your hearing aids and helping you learn how to use and care for them.
First follow-up: Reviewing how you are using your hearing aids, answering questions, and making adjustments as needed.
Second follow-up: Reviewing use, refining adjustments, and completing benefit testing to guide recommendations for further improvement.

CHS is out of network with insurance plans, and patients pay us directly. If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, we can submit a courtesy claim on your behalf. Reimbursement depends on your plan’s coverage.

These settings tell the hearing aid which sounds need more amplification and which need less. Without them, the device cannot respond properly to the wearer’s hearing loss. Getting the programming right is key to making the hearing aid perform as intended and helping the wearer get the most from the technology.
